CREATIVE WEB DEVELOPER

The successful candidate should have an integrated knowledge on website development and design in general, good sense of art, with maximum age of 28 years old. Fresh graduate with strong portfolio, good education background, positive attitude, and high motivation, are welcome.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing and maintaining website projects.
• Reporting and solving problem on website development.
• Assisting the team on project assignments.
• Collecting and developing new skills and opportunities on website design and development.

Professional Qualities:

• The ability to work in a team and has a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate high learning motivation.
• Initiative, attention to detail and a proactive approach to development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with or without non-technical staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and ad hoc development tickets.
• A passion for the Internet , web site development, related current affairs, and a genuine interest in technology and design.
• Demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day work.
• Show working effectiveness and pace on work
• Set high standards of performance for oneself.
• Value all 2++ clients and responds to their needs as they arise.
• Seek input from mentors and supervisors.
• Actively apply feedback received to day-to-day work and strive to improve performance.
